Supports and administers finance, billing, procurement, CRM, and related business systems, with a focus on troubleshooting, integrations, automation, IT controls, and process improvement. Requires 4+ years of NetSuite or business systems experience and familiarity with accounting workflows.

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the Business Systems function.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, FloQast, Workiva, and related systems.
- Configure and support solutions for billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, expenses, and travel operations.
- Contribute to month-end and quarter-end processes and improve business-process efficiency through systems.
- Support integrations and automations across business systems.
- Perform user, role, configuration, and integration maintenance.
- Execute IT General Controls initiatives, including access reviews, procedural documentation, and system change management.
- Document system configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with global IT and Security teams to strengthen business-systems security.
- Contribute to system enhancements and ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or business systems analyst.
- Working knowledge of SuiteBuilder; familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteTalk.
- Understanding of ITGCs and exposure to SOC, ISO, or SOX-compliant environments.
- Familiarity with core accounting processes, including order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot solutions from design through implementation.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Exposure to SuiteCloud Development Framework and version control systems such as GitHub.
- Familiarity with NetSuite Fixed Assets and OneWorld modules.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with financial and business systems.
- Experience with FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio, or comparable billing, reconciliation, travel-management, revenue-recognition, and CRM systems.
- Experience with global or multi-entity environments.
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
- Accounting or finance background.
- Exposure to no-code automation or iPaaS platforms such as StackSync or UiPath.
- Experience using AI to optimize accounting, finance, and business-systems processes.
