Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level RPA solutions using UiPath to automate manual and repetitive processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose automation solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Design reusable RPA building blocks.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, solution designs, user manuals, and handbook content.
- Communicate technical details clearly to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
- Collaborate on technical design proposals, code and configuration reviews, scalable testing, release plans, and end-user documentation.
- Deliver automation projects end-to-end with senior engineers, contributing to solution design and architecture decisions.
- Provide production support, including monitoring, exception handling, and root-cause analysis.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing RPA solutions for efficiency, reliability, and business alignment.
- Stay current with RPA and UiPath developments and conduct proofs of concept to evaluate improvements and innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years of UiPath experience.
- Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Robots, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, and other UiPath products.
- In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, best practices, design patterns, frameworks, and error management.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying UiPath solutions across enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, Coupa, Zip, Navan, Workday, ADP, and eTrade.
- Experience building intelligent automation workflows with UiPath Agentic AI capabilities, including autonomous decision-making, cognitive automation, and AI-powered process optimization in production.
- Proficiency in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and SOX environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with security standards and protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
- Experience with integration patterns and technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication, time-management, prioritization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong security and confidentiality practices when handling sensitive data.
