Software Engineer I - Salesforce Support
Supports daily Salesforce platform operations by resolving tickets, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining data, assisting with QA, and monitoring platform health. The entry-level role requires basic Salesforce configuration and data-management experience, API testing and database knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.

Responsibilities
- Monitor Salesforce platform performance and errors; create bug tickets or take appropriate action based on issue severity.
- Manage and resolve daily Salesforce support tickets for business users.
- Perform basic Salesforce troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or developers while communicating with stakeholders.
- Execute data imports, updates, exports, and upserts using Salesforce data-management tools.
- Support Salesforce user permissions, basic configuration updates, and data-integrity checks.
- Perform data maintenance and cleanup.
- Assist with smoke and regression testing for support-related fixes and enhancements.
- Participate in story refinement and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Create and maintain support-process documentation.
- Identify, track, and communicate testing risks, dependencies, and defects.
- Build technical, domain, and testing capabilities over time.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, quality assurance, or a related technology role.
- Basic Salesforce platform configuration experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, or Import Wizard.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, basic API testing, database fundamentals, and data-integrity verification.
- Analytical troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a similar engineering or technical discipline.
