IT Service Engineer
Provides global employee IT support with a focus on onsite service for the Madrid office, troubleshooting macOS and Windows systems, networks, hardware, and mobile devices. Requires 3–5 years of experience, Microsoft 365 and MDM expertise, strong English communication, and ITIL V4 certification.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT support requests; resolve or escalate tickets.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating-system issues across macOS and Windows.
- Provide technical assistance by phone, email, remote support, and onsite at the Madrid office.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, network printers, and video-conferencing systems.
- Manage onboarding for new Madrid employees.
- Support smartphones through mobile device management platforms.
- Perform basic equipment repairs and replacements.
- Create and maintain documentation and user guides.
- Procure and provision laptops and phones.
- Collaborate with the global IT Service Team and communicate clearly with users.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments; strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking and fundamental network troubleshooting.
- Experience with mobile device management solutions such as Intune and Kandji.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, network printers, and video-conferencing systems.
- Strong English communication, problem-solving, organization, customer-service, and teamwork skills.
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
