Responsibilities
- Manage executive team members’ schedules and execute on high-priority tasks and projects
- Communicate with senior management to ensure that daily internal operations are running smoothly
- Work closely with the HR Manager to address any employee concerns or issues related to onboarding, documentation, etc.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, being able to answer any questions directed towards the executive team and working cross-functionally to address company-related inquiries
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as it relates to your role
- Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets
- Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a start-up environment
- Proven ability to work long workweeks when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
- Strong team player, but can work and execute independently
- Driven to excel without needing external push
- Hungry to learn and actively seek opportunities to contribute
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities
