Responsibilities
Manage executive team members’ schedules and execute on high-priority tasks and projects
Communicate with senior management to ensure that daily internal operations are running smoothly
Work closely with the HR Manager to address any employee concerns or issues related to onboarding, documentation, etc.
Serve as a subject matter expert, being able to answer any questions directed towards the executive team and working cross-functionally to address company-related inquiries
Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as it relates to your role
Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets
Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a start-up environment
Proven ability to work long workweeks when needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated success in a competitive, fast-paced environment
Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
Strong team player, but can work and execute independently
