About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive team members’ schedules and execute on high-priority tasks and projects
  • Communicate with senior management to ensure that daily internal operations are running smoothly
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to address any employee concerns or issues related to onboarding, documentation, etc.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, being able to answer any questions directed towards the executive team and working cross-functionally to address company-related inquiries
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as it relates to your role
  • Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets
  • Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Proven ability to work long workweeks when needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
  • Strong team player, but can work and execute independently
  • Driven to excel without needing external push
  • Hungry to learn and actively seek opportunities to contribute
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities
