Responsibilities
- Define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use cases, aligning the platform’s technical and business value.
- Deliver solution demonstrations and manage proof-of-concepts for new and existing customers.
- Advise customers throughout technical sales cycles by building cybersecurity skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
- Develop strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews and provide executive-level reports and insights.
- Recommend improvements to cybersecurity programs and drive adoption of the platform.
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer.
- Support customers in operationalizing the platform through metrics, custom reports, and insights.
- Serve as an escalation point and liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security practice or solution consulting, including pre-sales experience.
- Extensive client-facing consulting and presentation experience with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools, and public cloud environments.
- Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Customer Success experience.
- CISSP or similar industry qualification.
