Responsibilities
- Partner with strategic enterprise accounts to map business-critical marketing and web workflows.
- Design and build agentic workflows using Webflow APIs, CMS, components, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Build integrations between Webflow and external platforms, including advertising platforms, analytics, CRM, DAM, and data pipelines.
- Implement human-in-the-loop safeguards, observability, rollback paths, and permission boundaries.
- Ensure deployments perform reliably under production traffic, governance requirements, and real-world constraints.
- Document workflow breakdowns and distinguish systemic friction from customer-specific issues.
- Create reusable architecture blueprints, reference implementations, and shared learnings after engagements.
- Collaborate during pre-sales to address complex AI and integration concerns for strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in solutions engineering, forward deployment, or a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong knowledge of AI, APIs, automation, data pipelines, and integration architecture patterns.
- Strong front-end fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Experience designing and supporting systems that manage live web properties at scale.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n.
- Experience scoping projects and delivering in ambiguous, first-of-kind contexts.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for embedded engagements.
- Experience with or strong interest in agentic AI systems, LLM orchestration, and autonomous workflows.
- Familiarity with Webflow or similar visual development and CMS platforms.

- Base salary ranges by U.S. geographic zone: Zone A: $178,500–$210,000; Zone B: $161,500–$196,000; Zone C: $143,000–$184,000.
