Oracle Implementation Lead
Leads Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation across key modules, then transitions to Oracle system administration and material planning. Responsibilities
Implementation Phase (First 6–12 Months)
- Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation workstreams, including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Planning modules.
- Collaborate with Oracle consultants to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Develop and execute testing plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Train end users and create documentation for ongoing reference.
- Identify process improvements and embed them into system design.
Post-Go-Live Phase
- Administer the Oracle system, including user access, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain data integrity and accurate material-planning inputs.
- Provide supply chain reporting, dashboards, and analytics support.
- Manage material planning activities, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination.
- Continuously improve system usage and supply chain processes based on performance metrics and user feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain operations, ideally with ERP systems; Oracle Cloud experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on involvement in at least one ERP implementation focused on supply chain modules.
- Strong understanding of material planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Ability to translate operational needs into system configurations and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills across technical teams, executives, and frontline users.
- Analytical problem-solving and process-improvement capabilities.
