Senior Manager (titled Director in desc) responsible for defining joint business plans, GTM strategies, sales enablement, and driving execution for Celonis' Cloud & AI partnership with Databricks. Responsibilities
- Define the Joint Business Plan, articulating a clear "better together" value proposition that aligns Celonis’ revenue goals with Databricks’ consumption targets.
- Define GTM strategy to achieve joint goals, including building out joint sales motions and programs with Celonis and partner teams.
- Direct the creation of sales assets and enablement programs. Ensure regional teams are equipped with battle cards, pitch decks, and use cases to independently identify and drive joint opportunities.
- Drive regional execution by working with regional Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to execute the strategy locally.
- Own and orchestrate relationships with Senior Leadership at both Celonis and Databricks.
- Personally support strategic customer pursuits in collaboration with Celonis field teams.
Requirements
- Sales mindset; team-oriented and entrepreneurial.
- Ability to develop a holistic strategy and execute on operational day-to-day tasks to grow partnerships.
- Ability to translate and articulate a joint product value proposition to business stakeholders.
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in partner management, sales or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud.
- Ability to excite others and build strong relationships.
- Strong communication skills, verbally and written in English (native level).
- Studies in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems preferred.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud) or AI companies like Databricks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $184,000–$216,000 USD (New York, full-time).
