Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development programs spanning ideation, design, engineering, and launch.
- Build and maintain program plans covering scope, timelines, ownership, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive execution excellence for cross-functional initiatives while balancing speed and quality.
- Partner with Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams on product rollout readiness and customer adoption.
- Facilitate alignment across Product, Design, and Engineering teams, and unblock delivery.
- Establish execution-health visibility using metrics such as velocity, quality, and adoption impact.
- Structure and manage programs for major product launches, platform enhancements, and customer-facing capabilities.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to define requirements, success metrics, and launch criteria.
- Improve visibility into progress, blockers, dependencies, and outcomes across multiple teams.
- Drive operational excellence through program cadences, postmortems, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8–10+ years of technical program management experience driving complex product programs from concept to launch in fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Deep technical background in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and agents.
- Strong understanding of software product development, including API design, data systems, and product integration patterns.
- Ability to structure multi-quarter product programs with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, anticipate risks, and build alignment across diverse teams.
- Proactive, collaborative builder mindset focused on enabling teams to deliver effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $198,000–$235,500 annually.
