Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting logistics, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and recruiting stakeholders.
- Use Ashby and other recruiting tools to organize workflows and support the recruiting team.
- Support multiple recruiting functions through cross-training, hosting, scheduling, and assigned operational tasks.
- Manage high-volume global scheduling for phone screens, video conferences, presentations, and onsite interviews.
- Communicate applicant and interview-status updates to candidates.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
- Anticipate scheduling issues, resolve problems proactively, and make timely decisions.
- Keep interviews running on schedule and hold stakeholders accountable for timely participation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting coordinator role.
- Strong candidate-experience focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Self-direction, initiative, urgency, and sound independent judgment.
- Professionalism and a calm demeanor in a high-volume environment.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
- Temporary contract assignment employed and paid through a third-party staffing agency.
- Hybrid work model: three days in the office each week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.
