Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies for high-volume technical roles, especially mobile and software engineering.
- Build and maintain pipelines of technical talent through outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
- Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements.
- Conduct recruiter screens, evaluate technical alignment, and provide calibrated recommendations to hiring managers.
- Create market maps and talent intelligence reports with total addressable market insights to inform sourcing strategies and prioritize pipeline efforts.
- Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and iterate to improve candidate funnel performance.
- Reach out to candidates at scale while maintaining personalization and engagement quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of sourcing experience focused on high-volume outbound support for engineering roles.
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools.
- Proficiency with G Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools such as Gem and SeekOut.
- Fluency in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches.
- Excellent time management, organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt sourcing strategies as business needs evolve.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $119,000–$161,000 USD.
- Equity compensation supplements the base salary.
