Recruiter
The Business Recruiter will own full-cycle hiring for business and operations functions, building elite talent pipelines, partnering with executives, and closing high-caliber candidates. The role requires 2–5+ years of agency or in-house recruiting experience and comfort in a fast-paced, five-day in-office environment.

Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for business and operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across strategic projects, operations, go-to-market, and other business functions.
- Build proactive talent pipelines from elite finance, consulting, private equity, and technology firms.
- Partner with the Lead Business Recruiter and executive team to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run rigorous interview processes.
- Support recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, candidate experience, and offer-closing processes.
- Represent the company’s mission, momentum, and opportunity to high-caliber candidates.
- Track recruiting funnels, model conversion at each stage, and improve hiring effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience across agency and in-house recruiting.
- Track record of identifying, attracting, and closing strong talent.
- Strong work ethic, agency, drive, and comfort building in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated competitive drive and past success.
- Strong communication skills with founders, senior business leaders, and candidates from high-performance organizations.
- Genuine interest in AI and the role of human-generated data in advancing foundation models.
- High agency, low ego, and the ability to work quickly while exercising sound judgment.
- Comfortable working five days per week in an office in San Francisco.
Nice-to-haves
- Recruiting experience at a top executive search firm, strong in-house recruiting team, or high-growth technology or AI startup.
- Experience hiring for finance, consulting, private equity, or operationally rigorous business roles.
- Personal network in finance, consulting, private equity, or similar talent pools.
- Successful transition into AI from finance, consulting, executive search, or operating roles.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000–$170,000 annually.
