Account Manager
Own retention, renewals, and expansion for enterprise SaaS accounts while driving adoption and executive relationships. The role requires 5+ years of revenue-focused account management or customer success experience, commercial ownership, and technical fluency with ATS integrations.

Responsibilities
- Own net revenue retention for a book of accounts, including end-to-end renewals, upsells, and expansions.
- Build relationships with executive sponsors, champions, and daily users.
- Drive adoption through onboarding, training, and usage monitoring.
- Build business cases and turn customer wins into case studies.
- Lead QBRs using usage data and the product roadmap to identify expansion opportunities.
- Set success criteria at kickoff and ensure renewals confirm next steps.
- Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineers by routing technical requests and sharing expansion signals.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Account Management, revenue-focused Customer Success, or Account Executive roles with renewal and expansion ownership at a SaaS company.
- Experience carrying and achieving a commercial target.
- End-to-end renewal experience, including timelines, pricing, negotiation, and close.
- Experience driving changes in how customer teams work.
- Executive communication skills and credibility with recruiters.
- Technical fluency with ATS integrations and the judgment to involve engineering when needed.
- Ability to use usage metrics to identify renewal risk and expansion opportunities.
- Commercial confidence and interest in building account management playbooks.
