Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across trust, audit, and segmentation.
- Lead, hire, mentor, and grow a product management team while establishing strong product thinking and execution.
- Evolve the product strategy toward an AI-first approach, enabling agentic workflows within the product and across the external ecosystem.
- Own critical business metrics, including revenue from products and add-ons, enterprise customer adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define a vision and roadmap balancing innovation, scalability, and customer impact.
- Shape product-team culture and processes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience in high-growth and complex environments.
- 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and growing high-performing teams.
- Experience scaling B2B SaaS products serving SMB and enterprise customers.
- Track record of setting clear product vision and business strategies for complex product areas.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving organizations and drive impact across teams.
- Bias toward shipping and learning quickly.
- Commitment to building high-quality products and fostering that culture across the organization.
- Strong decision-making skills, balancing ambiguity, data, speed, and iteration.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment when applying AI responsibly.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range of $286,000–$336,000.
