Leads product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Illumio Insights’ security detection, investigation, and response workflows. Requires extensive enterprise cybersecurity product management experience, deep SOC and network analytics expertise, and experience managing product managers.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for advanced security workflows within the Insights platform.
- Drive product strategy for threat detection and behavioral analysis capabilities for security operations center environments.
- Partner with engineering leadership across multiple teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver products through agile development cycles.
- Collaborate with field teams, customers, and strategic partners to gather workflow requirements and validate product-market fit.
- Develop the innovation roadmap for analytical models and AI/ML-assisted features that streamline security investigation and triage.
- Lead platform integration planning with ecosystem tools for security operations workflows.
- Own competitive positioning in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product management team and establish scalable PM practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles in enterprise security or networking.
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping analytics, detection, or workflow products in network security or cybersecurity.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers.
- Deep expertise in network traffic analysis, security analytics, or detection and response, including practical knowledge of SOC investigation and response workflows.
- Track record delivering enterprise SaaS products used daily by security practitioners, with measurable user adoption and customer retention outcomes.
- Experience with data-intensive security products such as flow analytics, behavioral detection, SIEM/SOAR integrations, or threat intelligence platforms.
- Experience using product telemetry, customer engagement metrics, and market research to inform product decisions.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically, from multi-year vision through sprint-level prioritization.
Nice-to-haves
- Product management experience with network security analytics, security operations, or detection and response vendors.
- Experience using NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX, or VPC Flow Logs for security use cases.
- Understanding of AI/ML for security detection, including anomaly detection, graph neural networks, or LLM-based security reasoning.
- Background in network forensics, incident response, or security operations.
- Experience with Zero Trust architectures, microsegmentation, or network security policy management.
- Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms for security analytics at scale.
