Leads strategy, roadmap, and execution for an enterprise AI core platform while managing a product management team. Requires platform or developer-product experience, strong technical fluency across APIs and infrastructure, and the ability to drive adoption across complex organizations.

Responsibilities
- Own the core platform strategy and roadmap across developer experience, customer capabilities, and reusable products developed from field work.
- Prioritize and sequence investments based on customer value, commitments, dependencies, adoption, delivery time, and production performance.
- Define product requirements, user journeys, prototypes, and success measures in partnership with users and engineers.
- Align platform engineering, forward deployed product teams, and business leaders on shared capabilities, rollout priorities, environment differences, ownership, and delivery status.
- Hire, coach, and lead product managers across related product areas while remaining directly involved in consequential product decisions.
Requirements
- Track record owning platform, infrastructure, or developer products from problem definition through launch and sustained production use.
- Experience managing and developing product managers and setting direction across multiple related product areas.
- Strong product judgment and ability to explain prioritization, sequencing, tradeoffs, and user outcomes.
- Technical depth in APIs, runtime behavior, identity and authorization, deployment, observability, and data isolation.
- Ability to reason through architectural tradeoffs and implications for users, security, and operations.
- Experience driving adoption across teams with differing needs and constraints.
- Clear, precise written and verbal communication for requirements, priorities, and tradeoffs.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI platforms, including agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, evaluation, datasets, human review, or production AI observability.
- Experience building products for regulated industries or on-premises, air-gapped, or classified environments.
- Experience turning capabilities developed for individual customers into reusable platform products.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $273,600–$342,000 USD.
- Eligible roles may include equity compensation and benefits such as health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, generous PTO, and potentially a commuter stipend.
