Senior Director, Product Management
Leads a scaled product organization and sets strategy across a broad, high-impact consumer product portfolio. The role requires senior product leadership, experience building and scaling digital products, and strong judgment in complex, data-informed environments.

Responsibilities
- Set product vision and strategy for a significant area, connecting member needs, market opportunities, and company priorities.
- Lead and develop a product organization of approximately 10–15 people, including experienced product leaders.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities using member understanding, data, experimentation, and market insight.
- Own a broad portfolio of initiatives and make investment and prioritization decisions across near-term and long-term opportunities.
- Develop senior talent, strengthen the leadership bench, and create clarity and accountability across multiple teams.
- Partner with senior leaders in Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, and other functions to deliver measurable member and business outcomes.
- Serve as a senior product voice, influencing company-level decisions and the evolution of the product organization.
Requirements
- Experience leading a scaled product organization comparable to a 15–20-person team.
- Experience leading and developing experienced product leaders.
- Ownership of a broad product portfolio or business area, with accountability for strategy, investment, prioritization, and outcomes across multiple teams.
- Track record of building and scaling products with meaningful customer and business impact in a consumer technology environment.
- Experience identifying significant opportunities and translating customer, behavioral, and market insights into successful product strategies.
- Experience building strong product teams and leadership benches that operate with autonomy and strategic alignment.
- Experience making consequential decisions in complex, ambiguous environments using data, experimentation, customer insight, and judgment.
- Experience in consumer technology, financial services, marketplaces, subscription businesses, or another scaled digital product environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $326,000–$383,000.
