Own customer relationships from users to Generals/Admirals at U.S. Space Command. Drive Onebrief product adoption to 100% of workflows, gather feedback for the product team, provide support, and enable expansion while leveraging deep operational planning expertise and Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
- Own the entire customer relationship, from users up to Generals and Admirals.
- Rapidly expand product usage until ~100% of workflows are in Onebrief, using training and strategies to maximize adoption.
- Clearly communicate user needs to the product team; maintain high product proficiency and excite customers about improvements.
- Instill the Onebrief brand image.
- Enable expansion to Allies and Partners.
- Lead or support exercises.
- Use observations of users to recommend product improvements.
- Provide face-to-face and remote customer support.
- Develop understanding of customer social dynamics to support renewals and future sales.
- Coordinate with customers and product engineering team when responding to incidents (product unavailable, broken, or not delighting the customer).
Requirements
- Mastery of operational planning at multi-star headquarters (lead planners, Generals, and Admirals listen when you speak).
- Technical skill to become a power user of the product and discuss engineering with customers (no coding required).
- Love for users and ability to gain their enthusiastic support (primarily O-4 and O-5 skillful planners).
- Deep understanding of large military headquarters, especially U.S. Space Command.
- Skillful planners (mainly SAMS, JAWS or SAW graduates, O-4 to O-6) respect you; so do Generals and Admirals.
- Pay attention to detail; reputation as a workhorse.
- Ability to get things from large government organizations and navigate bureaucracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills: cultivate trust, align perspectives, communicate with clarity and influence.
- Intense about the mission.
- Proactive, adaptable, comfortable working autonomously or with cross-functional teams in fast-paced or ambiguous settings.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and candidly.
- Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI; ability to access DOD facilities.

- Proven experience leading operational planning in military context, preferably at multi-star headquarters.
- Exposure to staff planning via Professional Military Education or service experience.
- Familiarity with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks.
- Proven ability to expand business presence within a region, emphasis on software or technology solutions.
- Experience in customer support (face-to-face and remote), responding to incidents by coordinating with customers and engineering.
- Strong technical skills to master application, troubleshoot, and liaise on technical matters.
- Proven ability to navigate large government organizations and solve bureaucratic challenges.
