Enterprise Account Executive
The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and execute territory sales strategies, acquire net-new enterprise customers, and expand accounts while selling complex technology to technical and executive stakeholders. The role requires at least five years of quota-carrying sales experience, strong enterprise selling ability, and Hebrew fluency.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth and acquire new customers.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
- Prospect strategically into CTOs, engineering and IT leaders, and technical end users.
- Build strong relationships that generate growth opportunities.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Work with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in sales enablement training, including Sales Bootcamp, sales methodology training, and leadership development programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Experience closing net-new logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and sell horizontally across business units.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Experience co-selling with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, as well as large global systems integrators such as Accenture and KPMG.
- Ability to build business champions.
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to succeed.
- Must live in the territory.
- Fluent Hebrew, written and verbal.

- Passion for developing a career in the software and database market.
- Sales methodology training such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Familiarity with databases, developers, and cloud-native infrastructure.
