Responsibilities
- Value Selling & Realization: Uncover organizational issues, own outcomes from discovery through realized ROI, tell compelling value stories, and lead business value workshops.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate executive sponsorship, co-own change management, and design Center of Excellence roadmaps that build customer self-sufficiency.
- Program Management: Steer global transformations across complex workstreams; implement AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management; automate executive governance, including QBRs and SteerCos.
- Platform & AI Fluency: Use AI tools to produce technical outputs and automations, partner with Applied Value Engineers on deep-dive solution builds, and champion platform adoption.
- Scale Value & Innovation: Build strategic expansion roadmaps, embed Celonis as a strategic platform, drive adoption, and provide R&D feedback based on evolving customer use cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, consulting, or pre-sales.
- Solid enterprise IT and business software experience, such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle.
- Ability to use AI copilots to generate outputs and automations without relying on heavy manual coding.
- Builder mentality and ability to set direction within an account team while proactively identifying high-impact solutions.
- Proven process-improvement and value-realization expertise.
- Experience orchestrating multi-region or cross-business-unit transformation programs.
- Expertise mobilizing VP- and Director-level sponsorship.
- Flawless English and native-level local-language communication with executive presence.
- Deep understanding of Finance and Supply Chain domains and High Tech industry trends.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a comparable technical field; alternatively, a Business or Economics degree paired with a technical minor.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $156,000–$183,000 USD for California on a full-time schedule.
- Total compensation includes base salary, bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.
