Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for enterprise accounts running Microsoft Dynamics F&O, supporting complex customers with multi-entity, multi-ERP, and global financial environments.
- Advise customers and internal teams during high-value implementations and expansion opportunities, including F&O integration, configuration, and system design.
- Assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving F&O, HRIS, and API integrations.
- Support technical workstreams with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to accelerate time-to-value and customer success.
- Troubleshoot Dynamics F&O integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
- Participate in technical discovery, understand customer environments and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture and API usage.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on F&O and accounting integrations, partnering with Sales, Product, and external partners.
- Contribute to documentation and tooling that scales support for F&O integration use cases.
- Channel customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, including financial modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models.
- Deep familiarity with accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-organization structures.
- Experience with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture, including the ability to explain these concepts to finance and operations stakeholders.
- Ability to advise on non-standard F&O implementations and edge cases while balancing customer needs with platform scalability and supportability.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and ownership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Design.
