Technical Consultant, Enterprise, Oracle Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud, supporting complex, high-impact customers with multi-entity, multi-ERP, and global financial environments.
  • Advise customers and internal teams during high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design.
  • Assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations.
  • Support technical workstreams with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to accelerate time-to-value and customer success.
  • Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
  • Participate in technical discovery and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture, including when and how to use Ramp’s API.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud and Ramp accounting integrations, partnering with Sales, Product, and external partners.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales support for Oracle Cloud integration use cases.
  • Channel customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models.
  • Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-organization structures.
  • Experience with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture, with the ability to explain these concepts to finance and operations stakeholders.
  • Ability to advise on non-standard Oracle Cloud implementations and edge cases while balancing customer needs with platform scalability and supportability.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, ownership, and adaptability skills.

Nice to Have

  • Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation experience.
  • Oracle Projects (PPM) implementation experience.
