About the role
Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and sign POS, LOS, and technology partners that expand Truv's reach across the mortgage ecosystem.
Work with Product and Engineering to define and launch integrations that make Truv easy to adopt inside partner platforms.
Build co-marketing and co-selling programs, joint messaging, enablement, and campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
Own partner relationships end to end, from first conversation through launch, enablement, and ongoing growth.
Partner with Sales to leverage the ecosystem in active deals and unlock partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
Stand up the processes, agreements, and structure for a scalable partnership program from the ground up.
Coordinate Product, Sales, and Marketing around shared partner goals and priorities.
Requirements
5+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances in fintech, SaaS, or mortgage technology.
Understanding of the mortgage technology ecosystem, especially POS and LOS platforms.
Track record of signing and activating partnerships that produced measurable pipeline or revenue.
Experience building joint go-to-market and co-selling motions with technology partners.
Comfort working closely with Product and Engineering on integration partnerships.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and program-management skills.
Self-starter comfortable building a function from scratch.
Nice-to-Haves
Existing relationships with mortgage POS/LOS or fintech platform partners.
Familiarity with verification workflows and consumer-permissioned data.
Experience with API/integration-based partnerships and marketplaces.
Prior early-stage or high-growth company experience.
