Own monthly close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting for a high-growth AI company scaling toward IPO. Requires US GAAP expertise, CPA/ACA/ACCA qualification, and experience building SOX controls in a pre-IPO environment.

Responsibilities
- Own key components of the monthly close: journal entries, account reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting support.
- Work directly with the Controller and broader Finance function.
- Build audit-ready processes as the company grows toward IPO readiness.
- Perform flux analysis and variance commentary.
- Contribute to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle close: journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary.
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment strongly preferred.
- Exposure to building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes.
- CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or actively in progress).
- Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation.
