Revenue Manager
Manages revenue accounting operations, month-end close, controls, audits, and process improvements while partnering across finance and business teams. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of revenue recognition experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP and revenue accounting systems.

Responsibilities
- Review sales contracts and associated outcomes in automated systems.
- Execute month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries and revenue reconciliations.
- Partner with internal business teams to ensure effective revenue accounting process design and efficiency.
- Prepare key revenue-related internal controls in compliance with SOX 404 requirements.
- Assist with external quarterly reviews and annual audits.
- Lead special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Support order-to-cash cycles, revenue process improvement, automation efforts, new-product process design, and monthly and quarterly revenue close activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 5+ years of revenue recognition experience.
- Experience with SOX control execution and documentation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate technical accounting concepts to non-finance personnel.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SFDC, Workday, another ERP system, and a revenue accounting system such as RevPro or RAR.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- CPA or equivalent accounting certification strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Big Four audit experience.
- Technical revenue experience under ASC 606.
