Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand problems and design/implement data-driven solutions.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects in small teams with minimal supervision.
- Discuss architecture, wrangle large-scale data, code custom web apps, engage with executives, and establish team strategy.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics).
- Experience with logistics, materiel, sustainment, aviation, or readiness analysis (preferred).
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks.
- Strong coder proficient in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
- Ability to collaborate with technical/non-technical teams in rapidly changing environments.
- Work independently, make decisions with minimal supervision, and continuously learn.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Active US Security Clearance at or above Top Secret level (or willingness to obtain/upgrade).
