Enterprise Account Executive responsible for growing strategic utility-sector accounts in the UKI market through complex enterprise sales, data and AI transformation initiatives, and ecosystem partnerships. Requires utilities experience, enterprise software success, and executive-level selling capability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic business plans with internal teams and partners to exceed quarterly and annual usage and booking goals across a focused portfolio of enterprise utility accounts.
  • Lead customers, partners, and internal teams in identifying high-value data and AI use cases and demonstrating their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Implement customer data and AI transformation initiatives through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and targeted C-level engagement.
  • Build credibility with business executives and technical champions through strong knowledge of product capabilities and roadmap developments.
  • Co-sell and scale business with hyperscalers and global system integrators.
  • Develop business cases and secure executive stakeholder buy-in.

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving complex sales campaigns and building relationships within major utilities accounts and global enterprises.
  • Extensive experience selling in the data, cloud, or SaaS industries.
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas at high-growth enterprise software companies.
  • Experience using value-based selling methodologies.
  • Experience with usage- and commit-based consumption models, professional services, and training engagements.
  • Experience partnering with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and global system integrators.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
