Audio GTM Lead
Leads sourcing, partner and customer coordination, outbound pipeline development, and delivery of audio training data for an emerging business vertical. The role requires strong organization, communication, commercial judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities
- Source, research, and qualify audio data partners based on customer demand, rights, scale, language coverage, quality, and availability.
- Lead partner and customer conversations, clarify use cases, and turn ambiguous requests into plans for sample data.
- Gather and prepare customer-ready sample packages containing audio, transcripts, metadata, and supporting context.
- Project-manage audio deals from feasibility through data packaging, quality review, and delivery.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across the deal and delivery lifecycle.
- Support outbound efforts to audio companies and model builders by developing targeted outreach and building pipeline.
- Identify recurring needs and bottlenecks; create lightweight tools, documentation, and processes to improve execution speed.
- Collaborate with the Audio GM, data researchers, forward-deployed engineers, sales, product, and legal teams on rights, privacy, quality, and delivery decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, business development, sales, solutions, operations, or customer-facing project management.
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, drive follow-up, and own work from problem definition through completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with outbound outreach, relationship building, and ambiguous conversations.
- Sound judgment around prioritization, confidentiality, data rights, and risk escalation.
- Interest in audio, media, speech AI, or training data.
- Bias to action, high ownership, and ability to bring order to ambiguous environments.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with transcripts, diarization, channel separation, language coverage, audio quality, or metadata.
