Owns Notion’s UK partner ecosystem across resellers, hyperscalers, and services partners, building joint go-to-market programs and converting ecosystem activity into pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities
- Own and grow Notion's UK partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners.
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners.
- Manage UK hyperscaler partnerships, including cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions.
- Align partner activity with the UK sales team's pipeline by facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close.
- Coordinate joint initiatives combining reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for enterprise programs.
- Develop and maintain executive relationships with partner leadership across the region.
- Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership.
- Support services delivery by local partners on an ad hoc basis.
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities and proactively develop new partner relationships in the UK.
- Collaborate with global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry.
- Experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership.
- Demonstrated success building partner programs and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong demand-generation orientation and ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively with direct sales teams and support their needs.
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience in hyper-growth or startup environments; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid execution.
- Based in London with knowledge of the UK technology market.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA.
- Strong organizational and operational discipline.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions.
- Familiarity with product-led growth or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models.
- Existing relationships with UK-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams.
- Cross-market EMEA partnership experience.
