About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support clients through onboarding and develop strong command of the Luxury Presence platform.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure clients get maximum value from their investment.
  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.
  • Drive product adoption by translating client goals into tailored platform recommendations.
  • Manage multiple clients and priorities while staying organized.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or related client-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort learning new software platforms quickly; experience with content management systems and integrations (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, common CRMs) a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, paid media) or eagerness to learn.
  • Reliable, organized, thorough; experience in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in real estate industry.
