About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for some of Zocdoc’s largest customers.
  • Engage customers on key optimization opportunities and drive them toward improvements to maximize Zocdoc's impact on their business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members including sales, support, technical services to align on customer goals and shared success approach.
  • Understand and help design client-specific narratives around adoption, utilization, and return on investment.
  • Spearhead customer conversations around new product developments, specialty-specific insights and best practices, and opportunities for continued learning.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years professional experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in building buy-in toward shared objectives.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Appetite for continuous learning, feedback, and accountability to coaching.
  • Positive outlook toward change and strong adaptability.
