What you'll do
- Client-Expert Connections: Identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, continuously communicating with clients and experts to track progress and ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Project Creation & Ownership: Manage clients’ research projects from understanding goals to recruiting and scheduling experts using internal network, social media, profile reviews, outreach, and strategic matching.
- Project Performance Tracking: Monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to drive successful research and maintain high-quality, engaged experts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights from interactions to help product and engineering teams refine the platform based on frontline user experience.

Pay Transparency: US-based pay range: $72,000 – $88,000, based on seniority and relevant experience + uncapped performance-based monthly bonus
