About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the operating cadence of the People Leadership Team, including leadership meetings, quarterly and annual planning, and strategic reviews.
  • Ensure alignment across People functions and Centers of Excellence by linking strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Partner with functional leaders, PMO and finance to translate company priorities into clear People team objectives and operational plans.
  • Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track key People metrics, strategic initiatives, and organizational performance, and coordinate reporting metrics to the board and executive team as needed.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve the operating efficiency of the People organization, from automating routine reporting and communications to accelerating how the team synthesizes data and gets to better decisions, faster.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Chief of Staff, Strategy Lead, or similar role supporting a senior executive.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in HR, strategy, operations, consulting, or business operations. Experience working with People/HR organizations or talent strategy initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and program management skills with the ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with experience supporting senior executives and working effectively across cross-functional stakeholders to drive results across complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills to drive insight and decision-making.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and drive alignment through ambiguity.
  • A genuine AI adopter who actively uses AI tools to do their own work better, and brings curiosity and initiative to identifying how these tools can transform how the People team operates.
