Provides on-site operational oversight at a warehouse or manufacturing facility, supporting workers, coordinating onboarding and schedules, managing client relationships, and resolving issues. Requires customer-facing operations experience, strong communication, bilingual ability, and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with site supervisors and workers, providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for facility supervisors and key client contacts.
- Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions, first-day check-ins, interviews, and start schedules.
- Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end to end.
- Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback.
- Manage on-site worker performance and escalate issues to internal teams.
- Coordinate communication between the client site, operations, and worker support teams.
- Identify and resolve worker performance concerns and site challenges.
- Handle incident management and escalations.
- Support daily site operations, staffing coverage, shift and schedule management, and worker experience.
- Distribute and manage personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and drive account wallet-expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company with workers and client stakeholders.
- Polished and presentable in customer-facing environments.
- Warm, approachable communication style with the ability to coach workers and enforce standards.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environments.
- Bilingual communication ability.
