Customer On-Site
Provides on-site operational oversight for Traba workers and client leadership, coordinating onboarding, scheduling, worker support, staffing coverage, and issue resolution in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Requires customer-facing experience, strong communication, and bilingual capability.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with site supervisors and workers, providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for supervisors and facility contacts.
- Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions, first-day check-ins, interviews, and start schedules.
- Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end to end.
- Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback.
- Manage on-site worker performance and escalate issues to internal teams.
- Communicate attendance issues, staffing changes, and operational updates between the client site, Traba Operations, and Worker Support teams.
- Handle incident management and escalations.
- Support daily site operations and staffing coverage.
- Manage shifts and schedules and distribute and manage PPE.
- Identify and drive account expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments such as staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor in interactions with workers and client stakeholders.
- Polished and presentable in customer-facing environments.
- Ability to coach workers and enforce standards.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Bilingual communication ability.
Compensation and Schedule
- Competitive hourly base pay plus performance-based incentives tied to attendance, shift completion, and overall account health.
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Friday, 5:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. (50+ hours per week).
