Responsibilities
- Partner with Partner Success Managers and top partners to identify opportunities for value creation.
- Manage a small book of business consisting of partner relationships.
- Support team KPIs, including partner repeat business, NPS, and churn.
- Schedule and prepare partner business reviews, including plan status updates and plan health checks.
- Participate in education meetings for plan participants.
- Create and maintain the team wiki and knowledge base.
- Manage administrative partner requests and update CRM records.
- Answer inbound phone lines, route inquiries, and ensure follow-up completion.
- Collaborate with product and internal stakeholders on platform enhancements related to legislation and quality control.
- Use reporting functionality to research and clarify information for partners.
Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000–$70,000 annually.
