Partner Solutions Architect - Commerce Partners
Partner Solutions Architect who builds strategic and technical relationships with Salesforce, Adobe, and commerce ecosystem partners. The role requires extensive customer-facing architecture experience, deep commerce and order-to-cash expertise, Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Build consultative relationships with executives and technical decision-makers at Stripe, Salesforce, Adobe, and commerce enterprise partners.
- Provide strategic and technical thought leadership and architect business models that create monetization and growth opportunities.
- Build Stripe capabilities and solutions with priority Salesforce and Adobe partners, including global systems integrators.
- Develop and execute partner enablement plans.
- Lead technical discussions, solution deep-dives, roadmap conversations, demonstrations, and solution strategy development.
- Communicate partner success internally through QBRs and similar forums.
- Provide oversight and guidance during partner sales processes and joint opportunities.
- Educate Stripe go-to-market and Solutions Architecture teams on Salesforce solutions and capabilities.
- Advocate for key partners within sales regions and identify sales partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate on technical content, including sample code and demonstrations.
- Provide partner-focused product feedback and guidance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role, such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer.
- 7+ years of experience in commerce, order-to-cash processes, and related ecosystems.
- Executive engagement, relationship-building, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
- Ability to learn and explain Stripe solutions, including Payments, Billing, and Connect.
- Understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems involving ERP, CRM, billing, tax, and legacy systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with the Salesforce technology stack and ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer-facing domain expertise in a software company, including presenting and architecting enterprise solutions.
- Experience integrating Stripe or other RESTful APIs into web applications.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying complex applications.
- Experience driving global enterprise technical sales for top-tier enterprise application companies.
- Experience helping customers adopt and consume cloud software.
- Ability to work independently and develop solutions under ambiguous circumstances.
