Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for advanced security workflows within the Insights platform.
- Drive product strategy for advanced threat detection and behavioral analysis capabilities for security operations center (SOC) environments.
- Partner with engineering leadership across multiple teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver capabilities through agile development cycles.
- Collaborate with field teams, customers, and strategic partners to gather workflow requirements and validate product-market fit.
- Develop the innovation roadmap for analytical models and AI/ML-assisted features supporting security investigation and triage.
- Lead product planning for integrations with ecosystem tools and existing security operations workflows.
- Own competitive positioning, partnering with Product Marketing on product value propositions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product management team and establish scalable PM practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles in enterprise security or networking.
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping analytics, detection, or workflow products in network security or cybersecurity.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers.
- Deep expertise in network traffic analysis, security analytics, or detection and response, including how SOC teams investigate network-based threats.
- Track record of delivering enterprise SaaS products used by security practitioners, with measurable user adoption and customer retention outcomes.
- Experience with data-intensive security products such as flow analytics, behavioral detection, SIEM/SOAR integrations, or threat intelligence platforms.
- Experience using product telemetry, customer engagement metrics, and market research to inform decisions.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically, from multi-year vision through sprint-level prioritization.
Nice-to-haves
- Product management experience with network security analytics, security operations, or detection and response products.
- Experience using network flow data such as NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX, or VPC Flow Logs for security use cases.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in security detection, including anomaly detection, graph neural networks, or LLM-based security reasoning.
- Background in network forensics, incident response, or security operations.
- Experience with Zero Trust architectures, microsegmentation, or network security policy management.
- Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms for security analytics at scale.
