Head of Product - Business Banking

Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L, strategy, and product offering across business accounts, user experience, payments, new rails, and agents.
  • Build AI- and data-driven user experiences at scale.
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing product management team; establish build discipline, develop future leaders, and set an operating cadence and culture focused on pace and quality.
  • Deepen the core account product and launch new products from 0-to-1 through scale, including new payment rails, capabilities, and agents.
  • Own reliability and trust outcomes, including uptime, correctness, latency, and support.
  • Align product, engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, legal, marketing, sales, support, and partners behind a cohesive strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, ideally in banking, payments, platforms, or financial products.
  • 5+ years leading product managers, including hiring, coaching, organization design, and performance management.
  • Strong product leadership and commercial judgment to grow and operate the business safely.
  • Customer-centered, data-driven, experimentation-oriented product craft.
  • Experience building AI- and agent-powered products.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, risk, compliance, finance, and partners.
  • Command of business banking, including account opening and KYB, deposits and liquidity, and payment rails such as ACH, wire, check, international payments, FedNow, and RTP.
  • Experience launching and scaling 0-to-1 financial products, ideally in fintech or another high-growth environment, while operating a large product with active customers.
  • Sound judgment in regulated, risk-sensitive environments and the ability to balance customer experience with required banking controls.

Compensation

  • United States base salary: $289,700–$362,100 USD.
  • Canada base salary: $273,800–$342,200 CAD.
  • Total rewards include base salary, equity, and benefits.
