Responsibilities
- Rotate through Gateway Operations (Air or Ocean), Customs, and Sales/Account Management, spending six months in each function.
- Execute shipment bookings, manage exceptions, and maintain shipment data integrity.
- Navigate customs regulations to ensure goods comply with international laws.
- Develop applied technical skills through SQL, workflow automation, AI and low-code tooling, and Lean process improvement.
- Perform go-to-market and client-facing work with increasing independence.
- Identify a business problem and build a tooling or process solution as a capstone project, presenting it to leadership.
- Prioritize high-volume work, operate with minimal supervision, and communicate clearly under pressure.
- Maintain a compliance-first approach in a regulated industry.
Training and Development
- Complete an 18-month rotational development program with three six-month assignments.
- Earn certifications in AI and low-code tooling through foundational training, applied builds, and a capstone project.
- Receive support from rotation managers, program management, cohort sessions, and an alumni mentor community.

- On track to graduate or recently graduated.
- Interest in building a career at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology.
- Curiosity about AI and low-code tooling and willingness to develop practical proficiency.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively under pressure.
