Implementation Consultant, EMEA
The founding EMEA Implementation Consultant will deliver customer onboarding, guide adoption, mitigate implementation risks, and advocate for customer needs across Fieldguide’s teams. The role requires risk advisory or technology consulting experience, strong project management, executive communication, and trusted-advisor skills.

Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers and maintain regular engagement from sales handoff through value realization.
- Create implementation plans aligned with customer goals, review progress, and adapt plans as needed.
- Deliver the Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program to new customers.
- Cultivate customer champions and expand their knowledge of the Fieldguide platform.
- Advocate for customers across Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Communicate customer needs internally to inform the product roadmap, processes, and onboarding iterations.
- Identify success risks proactively and develop action plans to mitigate them.
- Document customer value through case studies, use cases, and success metrics.
- Track adoption progress and value realization over time.
Requirements
- 2+ years delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements, including SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST assessments, and/or 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar field.
- Strong consulting skills and a record of driving business value for customers as a trusted advisor.
- Project management proficiency, including prioritizing and managing multiple customers, projects, and requests with limited oversight.
- Professional problem-solving skills while managing several customers.
- Executive presence and the ability to influence change.
- Effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Bias toward action and end-to-end ownership of projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-focused team.
Compensation
- ATS-listed salary range: 73,000–77,000.
