Responsibilities
- Own full deal context and continuity for partners across the sales lifecycle, from discovery through contract execution.
- Lead brand discovery, RFP responses, partner presentations, financial inputs and modeling, and product visions with cross-functional input.
- Build and improve business development systems, including CRM structure, pipeline hygiene, deal tracking, and reusable pitch assets.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Launch Operations on program design, value propositions, product features, go-to-market strategy, and implementation roadmaps.
- Interface with the C-suite and senior leadership to support deal execution and strategic decisions.
- Produce polished slides, proposals, emails, and financial models.
- Surface insights, blockers, and recommendations proactively to BD leadership.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, corporate development, or business development, with demonstrated ownership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous information.
