Responsibilities
- Build the physical provider network strategy for a territory covering targeted metro regions in the western US.
- Map the provider landscape and build a qualified pipeline of prospective provider groups.
- Initiate and manage relationships with health systems and provider groups.
- Close provider network contracts and navigate negotiations with legal and clinical stakeholders.
- Launch initial partners and ensure seamless implementation and onboarding.
- Own territory network strategy and consistently meet network growth targets.
- Represent provider needs to product teams and influence the roadmap for a hybrid care model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- Must reside in the targeted western US territory.
- Experience in provider sales and/or network development.
- Expertise in healthcare, provider network development or management, employee health benefits, chronic disease management, or digital health.
- Proven history of consistently attaining or exceeding quota.
- Strong strategic territory management, prospecting, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced startup and solve problems creatively.
- Willingness to learn, grow, develop, and eventually mentor team members.
Nice-to-haves

Compensation and Benefits
- ATS-listed salary range: $77,520–$174,000.
