Account Executive, Mid-Market
Own a Northern European mid-market territory, conducting discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing complex SaaS deals for organizations with 1,250–7,000 employees. The role requires at least two years of consultative closing experience and strong communication, prospecting, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the AlertMedia platform, tools, and customer use cases.
- Own a territory of strategic accounts and partner with a Sales Development Representative to win them.
- Deliver customized discovery calls, product demonstrations, pricing conversations, and other calls throughout the buyer journey.
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
- Use a consultative, conversational approach to show prospects how the AlertMedia solution addresses their problems.
- Manage the closing process, including demonstrations, proposals, legal and security reviews, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Transition closed accounts to assigned Customer Success Managers while partnering on land-and-expand opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams as new products and features are released.
- Review Gong calls with a manager to improve sales skills.
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom to improve productivity and development.
- Contribute to the company’s culture, values, and vision.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a consultative closing sales role in a successful SaaS environment.
- Experience closing complex deals.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
