Founding customer success leader responsible for building the customer-success function, managing enterprise onboarding and adoption, and driving renewals and expansion. The role also supports pre-sales engagements and requires customer success or account management experience, creative-workflow knowledge, and strong communication.

Responsibilities
- Own post-sale customer success, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- Assist with pre-sale engagement for important enterprise customers, including demonstrations, security reviews, and proposals.
- Help customers integrate OpenArt into creative workflows and daily work.
- Drive product adoption across brand and marketing teams, agencies, and studios.
- Communicate new feature and product updates.
- Track usage and customer signals to help customers gain more value from the platform.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals and upsells.
- Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams.
- Design, document, and continuously improve scalable customer-success playbooks and systems.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success or account management.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows.
- Product-focused mindset with experience in onboarding and implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent written communication.
- Process and systems orientation with an interest in building scalable systems.
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
Compensation
- Base salary: $120,000–$160,000.
- Equity and bonus offered.
