GTM Systems Engineer
Build and own internal full-stack applications, APIs, data pipelines, Salesforce extensions, and AI-native workflows supporting marketing, sales, and client operations. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship internal applications and services end-to-end with clean architecture and long-term maintainability.
- Build and integrate APIs across marketing, sales, and client operations systems, including telephony, marketing automation, sales engagement, support, and business intelligence platforms.
- Build and own data pipelines that feed reporting and operational systems.
- Extend and maintain Salesforce using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design AI-native workflows and agents with guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls for production use.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience; full-stack, backend, or systems backgrounds preferred.
- Fluency in one or more modern programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with agentic coding tools, such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Fluency in SQL and strong data architecture skills, including schema design, data modeling, and pipelines.
- Ability to build usable interfaces with UX/UI judgment for internal tools.
- Experience designing API integrations with attention to schema mapping, error handling, and data fidelity.
- Experience building or integrating with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, and APIs.
- Production software development practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Ownership of the full development lifecycle from requirements through user acceptance testing, release, and iteration.
- A perspective on where AI and agents can create leverage in real workflows.
