- Integrate with vendor systems and ingest domain-specific formats such as KMZ, BIM, Revit, and vendor documentation.
- Make AI agents first-class operators by providing tools, guardrails, authorization, and audit trails.
- Develop production code that supports workflows across infrastructure delivery and project scheduling.
Requirements
- Comfort working through ambiguity and rapidly learning unfamiliar domains.
- Strong judgment in abstraction and rigorous domain modeling.
- Experience transforming messy, unstructured data into usable systems or outputs through ML, data engineering, or research.
- Fluency with AI tooling, including LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
- Daily experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools.
- Experience shipping production code that other people depend on.
- Ability to work effectively in multiple programming languages.
Nice-to-haves
- Machine learning engineering, particularly extraction and synthesis from unstructured data.
- Workflow or orchestration engines such as Temporal, Cadence, or Airflow.
