  • Drive positioning and GTM strategy for stablecoin issuance and correspondent banking products, translating complex infrastructure into clear institutional value.
  • Build scalable messaging, enablement, and competitive frameworks that equip teams to consistently articulate differentiation and win in market.

Complexity and Impact of Work

  • Lead Stablecoin marketing strategy and execution across functions delivering revenue impact.
  • Manage ambiguity and competing priorities across launches, partnerships, and deals while aligning customer needs and business outcomes.

Organizational Knowledge

  • Collaborate across business line leads, product and sales teams to build product narratives and integrate stablecoin offerings into platform strategy.
  • Deliver market-facing materials grounded in deep understanding of stablecoin products, Anchorage’s institutional positioning, and regulatory posture.

Requirements

  • Track record of shaping positioning and go-to-market for complex financial or crypto infrastructure, translating technical and regulatory depth into market leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, influence product and revenue strategy, and drive outcomes in start-up or high growth environments.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder alignment skills, with the judgment and presence to partner across product, sales, compliance, and leadership.
