About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the partner ecosystem.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide partners with tools, training, and resources to sell and support data security solutions.
  • Set performance metrics, monitor partner performance, and implement improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns and events to drive demand and leads.
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in data security or technology.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing high-performing channel partner networks in security industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to data security.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
